By accessing or using the AutoFact AI platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) between you and AutoFact Solutions Ltd (“AutoFact”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AutoFact AI provides AI-powered invoice processing automation and e-invoicing compliance tooling, including email ingestion, data extraction, VAT validation, duplicate detection, e-invoice generation, audit trail management, and accounting system export. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@autofact-solutions.com.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. AutoFact reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Free trials are offered for 14 days. At the end of the trial, your account moves to read-only unless you subscribe. No credit card is required to start a trial.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all invoice data and files you upload to the Service. You grant AutoFact a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your invoice data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
AutoFact AI is designed to support your compliance obligations. However, the platform does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including e-invoicing mandates, VAT rules, and tax authority requirements in your jurisdiction.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. AutoFact is not liable for unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control (force majeure), including internet outages, cloud provider incidents, or regulatory requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFact's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. AutoFact is not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. AutoFact may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms (including non-payment or misuse). Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
